Quebec university students still pay the lowest tuition fees in the country with those of Newfoundland and Labrador, reports Statistics Canada.
The National Agency states that for the school year 2014-2015, these costs averaged $ 2,740 and $ 2,660 in Quebec to Newfoundland and Labrador. For the school year 2015-2016, Statistics Canada expected to remain the same in Newfoundland and Labrador and are expected to reach $ 2,799 in Quebec.
In stark contrast, it is in Ontario that these costs are highest, also for full-time undergraduate students, or $ 7,562 for the 2014-2015 school year and $ 7,868 for the school year just started.
In New Brunswick, these costs are quite high too, in 2014-2015 is $ 6,298 and $ 6,353 in 2015-2016. Tuition fees have been frozen in New Brunswick, except for some programs, resulting in a small increase of 0.9 per cent, says Statistics Canada.
For students graduate also, Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador posted the lowest tuition fees in the country.
